VIGIL uses the information you submit to respond to your inquiry or, when you join the community interest list, to contact you about the community and its launch.

What we collect

Forms collect your name and email address, and any organization, role, phone number, interests, and message you choose to provide. We record the submission time and use a daily rotating, hashed network identifier to limit spam. We do not request classified information or sensitive project files.

How it is used and stored

Submissions are stored in the site’s database and are accessible through the owner’s protected inbox. If email notifications are enabled, the submission is also processed by the configured email service and delivered to VIGIL. Hosting and email providers process data to operate these services. We do not sell form submissions.

Your choices

You can request access, correction, deletion, or removal from the community interest list by emailing vigil@thevigilnetwork.com. We retain submissions while needed for the conversation or community interest, unless you request deletion or another requirement applies.

Owner sign-in

The content editor uses ChatGPT sign-in. Its identity information is used to authorize the site owner and protect saved content and inquiries. Community interest registration does not create a member account or charge a membership fee.
